Divorce: I can deal with the legal process for you. This starts with the divorce application and ends with the final divorce order (which used to be known as the decree absolute).
Financial Remedy: this is also known as the financial settlement. Often this is achieved by some form of negotiation or another method of dispute resolution. In some cases, an application to the court is necessary and these are usually dealt with at a regional family court near the home of one of you.
Property disputes: between separating couples who are not married or in a civil partnership: these are resolved using a different legal framework to divorce cases.
Children cases: finding the best arrangements for your children, such as how they divide their time between their parents. I have long experience in these, including complex cases (for example, where the child is separately represented by his or her own solicitor).
Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements: for some couples, these are sensible and reassuring.

It’s a privilege to be able to help people and work towards the best future for them.
